SC120FS won't run at high speed

The engine has run at full speed but no longer will. Fuel hasn't changed (another 120 ran on it since).


Problem first manifest in a climb and now on the ground as well. Changed the clunk tube in the tank (suspect split but perished anyway) runs fine at low speed and up to half throttle.
