Evo 46 Engine Just Quits

I have a Evo .46 engine...

I start it up but when I give it throttle it just sputters, so I do some adjustments and iv got it up to maybe half throttle but any more then that it quits...

I can't find the in between the engine seams it's all out of wack, I bought new fuel and it's still doing it, I don't know

Some things to check

How old is the engine? if it's new, was it broke-in properly? Have you checked the glow plug? Are there air bubbles going to the carb, indicating a leak or hole in a line. Is the clunk clogged or stuck? How's the low end setting? Do you have a tach to check the rpm?
