Idles perfectly
runs up to full throttle perfectly
10%nitro
mix of castor/synthetic
No7 Modeltechnics plug
10% off of fully inverted.
Run time- 3 hours or so.

Tweak the high end

Sounds like the high end needs to be tweaked just a little bit more. Engine should not surge at all during transition. With only 3 hours run time, engine is still being broken in.
