ASP 75 Keeps Running

My ASP 75the engine starts and runs fine. But when I close the throttle it keep on running.

It has two needles. The main one where the fuel goes in and one the same side as the throttle arm. Not sure what that one does?

Help anyone ??

Soudns like throttle trim/servo movement

There's a low end and high end adjustments. If the engine runs well, idles well, and transitions well, and setup per the manual, then I would recommend using throttle sub trim and/or servo setup to fix the issue. Should set the servo up so at low throttle/throttle cut the carb is closed or slightly opened to the point the motor does cut off. Then double check full throttle the carb is opened all the way or as close as possible.
