Ailerons and elevators work together p51

I have a brand new p51 rc plane. After checking and double checking wires to ailerons and elevator, they both move together. My other planes move separately. Can somebody tell me why and if something is shorting out. The plane is made by Volantex. Its 750mm wingspan. Please help.

I can not help you without more information.
Which Volantex model is this specifically?
What TX are you using?

It may be there is some aileron/elevator mixing built into the stock TX or RX.

Stabilization Mode

I see you did say this is the Volantex P-51. My guess is the stabilization mode you are in is causing this coordination.
